This course will introduce attendees to the capacity and capability process and develop practical techniques to perform a full feasibility review for both commercial and non-commercial studies.
Attendees will gain an understanding of the importance of performing a full feasibility assessment and how this enables teams to highlight potential barriers along the way.
Furthermore, the course will support attendees in identifying and arranging the Who, What, How, Where and When of clinical set-up, planning and implementing successful patient recruitment strategies, planning and preparing a Site Selection Visit. In addition, the course will provide an insight into Amendments.
