Interdisciplinary Clinical Academic Health Research Excellence (i-CAhRE)

iCAhRE is a facilitated research career pathway programme to support all healthcare staff especially Nurses, Midwives,Allied Health Professionals and Healthcare Scientists (NMAHP+s) professionals (Research for All). It encompasses different levels that build research capacity and capability. It takes staff from graduation at degree level (known as Pre-Bronze) through to post-Doctorate level (known as Gold Plus), supporting access to academic and research training awards (e.g. HEE/NHIR ICA) whilst developing research skills and capabilities that enhance clinical practitioner competencies.
